Pork Tenderloin Supreme

Tenderloin roasted with tomato soup, onion soup and Worcestershire sauce. Baked, cooled, sliced, and served with your favorite side dish.
Ingredients -
2 (1-1/2 pounds) Lean Pork Tenderloin
1 can Tomato Soup
1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Place tenderloins in center of large sheet of tin foil.

2. Combine tomato soup, dry onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce.

3. Seal foil tightly around tenderloins.

4. Place pork in shallow roasting pan, and bake 2 hours at 325 F.

5. Cut meat into 1-inch slices.

6. Pour gravy over pork slices.

Tomato Soup
Use regular tomato soup or your favorite tomato soup flavor.

Serving Suggestion
Hot Cooked Rice
The tenderloin is served with the gravy produced in the cooking process. Serve the tenderloin with your favorite hot cooked plain white or brown rice.
