Honey Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Tenderloin covered with chili powder, dry mustard, paprika, and dried thyme seasonings. Grilled and glazed with Catalina and honey sauce.
Ingredients -
1/4 cup Catalina Salad Dressing, divided
1 (1 pound) Pork Tenderloin
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
1 tablespoon Honey
 
Preparation:

1. Brush 2 tablespoons Catalina dressing over pork.

2. In small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, paprika, and dried thyme.

3. Rub spice mixture over pork.

4. Let stand 30 minutes ( can cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours).

5. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place tenderloin on grill. Cover and grill 20 minutes, turning once.

6. Mix remaining dressing with honey. Brush honey mixture over pork.

7. Continue grilling 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 F.

8. Let stand, covered with foil, 5-10 minutes before slicing.

If you want to use fresh herbs, substitute 3/4 teaspoon fresh for the 1/4 dried thyme.
