1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ground ginger in small saucepan.
3. Cook over medium high heat 5 minutes or until sauce thickens to syrup-like consistency.
4. Trim fat away from pork tenderloin.
5. Slice tenderloin lengthwise, not quite all the way through, and spread open.
6. Spray both sides of pork with cooking spray.
7. Grill 5 minutes. Turn tenderloin over. Spoon half the glaze on top.
8. Grill 5 more minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160F.
9. Remove from grill, flip and spoon remaining glaze on unglazed side.
10. Allow pork to rest 5 minutes.
11. Cut into slices.
